Rollins College Panhellenic holds primary recruitment at the beginning of the spring semester. Kappa Delta prioritizes getting to know potential new members through genuine conversation about values, sisterhood, philanthropy, and the over all Kappa Delta experience as a Zeta Xi member. It is through recruitment where initial connections that lead to a lifelong sisterhood are made. In the fall, informal recruitment occurs in the form of continuous open bids for women who did not participate or accept a bid during the prior spring formal recruitment. Zeta Xi is always excited to add new members to our strong sisterhood and look forward to both formal and informal recruitment every year.
