The Panhellenic Conference at Rollins College conducts primary recruitment at the beginning of each spring semester. During this process, the Zeta Xi Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority engages with potential new members through conversations about shared values, philanthropy, community service, sisterhood, and the Kappa Delta membership experience. When eligible, Zeta Xi also participates in informal recruitment during the mid-spring and mid-fall semesters through continuous open bidding for women who did not participate in or accept a bid during the preceding spring primary recruitment.
